4.  In Schedule 1, in regulation 24(a), for “smoke helmet or other apparatus serving the same purpose, being a helmet or other apparatus of a type approved by the Minister,”, substitute “suitable smoke helmet or other suitable apparatus serving the same purpose”. E+W+S
