COUNTY COURTS

This Order amends the Civil Courts Order 1983 so as to—close the Beverley, Gainsborough and Great Malvern County Courts; the Bridlington, Kingston-upon-Hull, Lincoln and Worcester County Courts are given jurisdiction where proceedings have been commenced before the closures take effect (article 2);to establish a district registry of the High Court at Salford (articles 3 and 4).
