2. In these Regulations–
“the 1989 Act” means the Electricity Act 1989;
“the 1992 Act” means the Transport and Works Act 1992(1);
“guided transport”, “tramway”, “trolley vehicle system” and “vehicle” have the same meanings as in section 67 of the 1992 Act.
