2.  The following provisions of the Friendly Societies Act 1992 shall come into force on 1st January 1993—

(i) section 84 (disputes under the National Savings Bank Act 1971(1) and the National Debt Act 1972(2));

(ii) section 120(1) (amendments) to the extent necessary to bring into force the provisions of Part I of Schedule 21 specified in the following paragraph; and

(iii) In Part I of Schedule 21, paragraphs 2 to 4.
