3. The Artificial Insemination of Pigs (England and Wales) Regulations 1964(1) and the Artificial Insemination of Pigs (Scotland) Regulations 1964(2) shall not apply to the collection, processing, storage and transport of porcine semen for the purpose of export to [F1a] member State.
