19. Section 622 of the Housing Act 1985(1) (minor definitions: general) shall have effect as if the reference to an institution authorised under the Banking Act included a reference to a European deposit-taker.
Section 622 has been amended by section 108(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 6 to, the Banking Act 1987 (c. 22).
