39. Regulation P6(4)(b)(iii) of the Local Government Superannuation (Scotland) Regulations 1987(1)(use and investment of superannuation fund’s moneys) shall have effect as if the reference to an institution authorised for the purposes of section 3 of the Banking Act included a reference to a European deposit-taker.
There is an amendment not relevant to these Regulations.
