2.  In these Regulations—

• “Community goods” shall have the meaning given by Article 1.2(e) of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 4151/88(1);

• “territory of the Community” shall have the meaning given by Article 3.1 of Council Directive 77/388/EEC(2).
