The Secretary of State for Transport, being satisfied that satisfactory provision for tests of competence to drive and the granting of licences to drive all classes of goods vehicle and all classes of passenger-carrying vehicle is made by the law for the time being in force in Jersey which corresponds to Part III of the Road Traffic Act 19881 in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 88(8)2 and 89(2)(b) and (c) of that Act, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—
