Citation and interpretation1.
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1992.
Commencement provisions2.
The provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1991 specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order which relate to the matters specified in the second column of that Schedule shall come into force on 1st April 1992 subject to the limitations (if any) specified in the third column of that Schedule.

This Order brings into force on 1st April 1992 provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1991. The provisions relate to:
applications for licences to drive hackney carriages and private hire vehicles;
disabled persons' vehicles; and
sealing of speed limiters.
