This Order revokes the Diseases of Animals (Waste Food) (Fees for Licences) Order 1987 (article 4) and provides for increased fees payable in respect of the granting or renewal of licences under articles 7 and 8 of the Diseases of Animals (Waste Food) Order 1973 (as amended), (article 3 and Schedule).
