The Magistrates' Courts (Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982) Rules 198619

In rule 6 of the Magistrates' Courts (Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982) Rules 1986–

for paragraph (1) there shall be substituted the following two paragraphs:

When an order is registered under section 5(3) of the 1982 Act, the court shall order that payment of sums due thereunder shall be made to the clerk of the registering court during such hours and at such place as that clerk may direct.

The justices' clerk to whom payments are ordered to be made (whether by virtue of an order under paragraph (1) above or by virtue of an order of the court under the 1982 Act) shall send those payments by post to the court which made the order or to such other person or authority as that court or the Secretary of State may from time to time direct.

in paragraph (2), the words “by virtue of paragraph (1) above” shall be omitted.
