In the form number 4 in the Schedule to those Rules, after the words “through the clerk of [this court] [the magistrates' court at ]” there shall be added “[by the following method of payment falling within section 59(6) of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (standing order, etc.) namely, ], [by an attachment of earnings order].”.
