ENERGY CONSERVATION

These Regulations provide for the making of grants for the improvement of energy efficiency in dwellings occupied by persons on low income and certain buildings in multiple occupation; for the appointment of administering agencies to administer the making of grants; and for the registration of network installers capable of carrying out the work for which grants may be made.
