The Industrial and Provident Societies (Credit Unions) (Amendment of Fees) Regulations 1992

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 70(1) and 71(1) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 19651, as applied by section 7(2) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 19672 and section 31(2) of the Credit Unions Act 19793, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
