Interpretation
2. In this Order—
“the council” means the council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest;
“the map” means the four maps each entitled “Map referred to in the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust (Transfer of Property) Order 1992” of which prints, signed by an Under Secretary in the Department of the Environment, are deposited and available for inspection at the offices of the Secretary of State for the Environment, the council and the trust;
“the transfer date” means 6th April 1992; and “the trust” means the Waltham Forest Housing Action Trust.
