Disputes
11. In the event of a dispute between any councils (including the CommonCouncil) as to the amount of any sum payable or expenditure recoverableby Kensington and Chelsea or Bromley pursuant to this Order, the mattershall be determined by an arbitrator appointed by the Secretary ofState; and section 31 of the Arbitration Act 1950(1) shall have effect in relation to the arbitration as ifit were an arbitration to which that section applies.
