Citation, commencement, and interpretation
5. The provisions of this Order relating to the third key stage shallcome into force—
(a)on 1st August 1992 in respect of pupils in the first year of thatkey stage;
(b)on 1st August 1993 in respect of pupils in the second year of thatkey stage; and
(c)on 1st August 1994 in respect of all other pupils.
