1.—(1) These Regulations, which may be cited as the Medicines Act 1968 (Amendment) Regulations 1992, shall come into force on 3rd April 1992.
(2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Medicines Act 1968(1) and expressions to which a meaning is assigned by the Act have, unless the context requires otherwise, the meaning so assigned.
