SCHEDULELENGTHS OF TRUNK ROAD CEASING TO BE TRUNK ROADS

The lengths of trunk road ceasing to be trunk roads in the City of Gloucester in the County of Gloucestershire are as follows:

1.  The A38 Trunk Road (known as Tewkesbury Road), from the northern side of its roundabout junction with the A40 Trunk Road (St. Oswald’s Road and Estcourt Road) northwards to the southern side of the Longford Roundabout.

APrincipal Road

2.  The A40 Trunk Road, from the southern side of Over Roundabout, including the slip road to the westbound carriageway of the A40 Trunk Road (west of that roundabout), southeastwards (along Over Causeway) to and including the Westgate Gyratory, generally northeastwards (along St.Oswald’s Road) to and including its roundabout junction with EstcourtRoad, but excluding the lengths described in paragraphs 3 and 4 below, to and including its roundabout junction with Cheltenham Road.

BPrincipal Road

3.  The A40 Trunk Road, comprising the service road adjacent to part of the northern side of Estcourt Road.

4.  The A40 Trunk Road, comprising the service road adjacent to part of the southern side of Estcourt Road.

5.  The A40 Trunk Road (known as Cheltenham Road), from the northeastern side of its roundabout junction with Estcourt Road to the southwestern side of the Elmbridge Court Roundabout.

6.  The A417 Trunk Road, from the southeastern side of its roundabout junction with Estcourt Road and Cheltenham Road southwards (along Estcourt Road) to and including its roundabout junction with Barnwood Road, southeastwards (along Barnwood Road) to and including its roundabout junction with Barnwood Bypass (Walls’s Roundabout), then northeastwards (along Barnwood Bypass) to the western side of CEGB Roundabout.
