4. The colours of the signs shall so far as is practicable match the following colours identified in Table 1 to the British Standard BS 381C: 1988— No. 537 Signal Red (where the colour shown in the said Column 3 is red) No. 355 Lemon (where the colour shown thus is yellow) No. 228 Emerald Green (where the colour shown thus is green) No. 166 French Blue (where the colour shown thus is blue)
