2. In section 16(3) of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976(1) (conditions on which the provision of amusements is permitted at certain commercial entertainments) paragraph (b) shall have effect as if, for the sum of £20 specified in that paragraph, there were substituted the sum of £25.
The sum specified in section 16(3)(b) is as substituted by S.I. 1988/1053.
