The Weights and Measures Act 1985 (Commencement) Order 1992

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 43(2) and 86(1) of the Weights and Measures Act 19851 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:–
