Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 108(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 19821, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Guernsey) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 17th March 1992.

The Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Guernsey) Order 19922 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.

In Part I of Schedule 1, the entry relating to section 88 (detention and sale of aircraft for unpaid airport charges) shall be omitted.

In paragraph 11 of Part II of Schedule 1, after sub-paragraph (b) the word “and” shall be omitted and there shall be inserted the following provision:“(bb) in subsection (5), for “below” there shall be substituted “of this Act as it has effect in the United Kingdom”; and”.

Paragraph 17 of Part II of Schedule 1 shall be omitted.
