The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland, the Secretary of State for Wales, and the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, acting jointly, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 1, 11, 35(3) and 36(3) of the Agriculture Act 19571, and now vested in them2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury and after consultation in accordance with section 9(1) of that Act with such bodies of persons as appear to them to represent the interests of producers of wool, hereby make the following Order:—
Title and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the British Wool (Guaranteed Prices) (Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st May 1993.
Revocation of Wool Guarantee2

Notwithstanding their revocation by paragraph (1) above, the Orders mentioned in that paragraph shall continue to have effect, on and after the date on which this Order comes into force, in relation to any period before that date.
