Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the East Birmingham Hospital National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st February 1993.
(1) In this Order unless the context otherwise requires–
“the Order” means the East Birmingham Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991(1)
“the trust” means the National Health Service trust established by the Order.
