Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 39(3) of the Aviation Security Act 19821 and, as respects the extension of section 5 of that Act, section 8 of the Tokyo Convention Act 19672, and of section 51(1) of the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 19903, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:
