Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 19801, and now vested in him2, and of all other enabling powers:—

1.

This Order shall come into force on 23rd June 1993 and may be cited as the King’s Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973 (Revocation) Order 1993.

2.

The King’s Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 19733 is hereby revoked.
