The Foreign Fields (Specification) Order 1993

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 9(5) and 12(2) of the Oil Taxation Act 19831 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
