Variation of the constitution of the Trustees of Mevagissey Harbour
5. The power conferred by article 7 of the Mevagissey Harbour Order 1865((1)) and vested in the Minister((2)) to appoint two members of the Trustees of Mevagissey Harbour shall be exercisable–
(a)in respect of the appointment of one of the members, by Restormel Borough Council; and
(b)in respect of the other member, by the local fisheries committee for the Cornwall Sea Fisheries District.

Confirmed by 1865 c. LXXVI and to which modifications have been made which are not relevant to this Order.

By virtue of section 21 of the Sea Fish Industry Act 1951 (c. 30).
