Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations prescribe Welsh versions of Forms no. 5, 6, 7, 9A, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) Regulations 1980(6) as amended by the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1984(7), 1987(8), 1988(9), and 1993(10) .

Forms 5, 6 and 7 are letters concerning the “Application for Registration of Fair Rent”.

Form 9A is a letter concerning the “Application for an Interim Registration of Fair Rent”.

Forms 10 and 11 are letters concerning the “Application for Cancellation of Registered Rent”.

Forms 12 and 13 are letters concerning the “Notification of Application for Registration of Fair Rent”.

The forms are a direct translation of the corresponding English forms with no amendment.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn pennu fersiynau Cymraeg o Ffurflenni rhif 5, 6, 7, 9A, 10, 11, 12 a 13 y Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc) Regulations 1980(1) fel y'u diwygiwyd gan y Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc) (Amendment) Regulations 1984(2), 1987(3), 1988(4), a 1993(5).

Llythyron yw ffurflenni 5, 6 a 7 ynghylch y “Cais am Gofrestru Rhent Teg”.

Llythyr yw ffurflen 9A ynghylch y “Cais am Gofrestru Rhent Teg Interim”.

Llythyron yw ffurflenni 10 ac 11 ynghylch y “Cais am Ddileu Rhent a Gofrestrwyd”.

Llythyron yw ffurflenni 12 a 13 ynghylch yr “Hysbysiad ynglŷn â Chais am Gofrestru Rhent Teg”.

Mae'r ffurflenni'n gyfieithiad uniongyrchol o'r ffurflenni Saesneg cyfatebol heb unrhyw ddiwygiad.
