These Regulations may be cited as the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 13th July 1993.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Rent Act 1977 (Forms etc.) Regulations 19803.
