Amendments to the principal Regulations

2.  Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations is amended–

(a) by substituting for paragraph (b) the following paragraph:–

“(b) an institution within the higher education sector, within the meaning of section 56(2) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992((1)), to the managers of the institution;”; and

(b) by adding at the end of paragraph (e) the words “to the managers of the college.”.
