Pecuniary interests of local authority members

3.—(1) Article 3(1)(a) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provision) Order 1992(1) is amended by the deletion of the figures “32,”.

(2) Paragraph 32 of Schedule 13 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 shall come into force on 1st February 1993.
