This Act of Adjournal amends the Act of Adjournal (Consolidation) 1988 by prescribing–the procedure for an application by a disqualified driver under section 34B(6) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (“the Act of 1988”) for a declaration that the decision of the organiser of a road traffic rehabilitation course not to give a course completion certificate was contrary to section 34B(4) of the Act of 1988;the procedure for an application by a disqualified driver under section 34B(7) of the Act of 1988 that the organiser of a road traffic rehabilitation course is in default; andthe forms of application for the above.
