Interpretation

2.  In this Order–

“the Act” means the Education Act 1993;

“the 1981 Act” means the Education Act 1981(1);

“the 1988 Act” means the Education Reform Act 1988(2); and

“the 1992 Act” means the Education (Schools) Act 1992(3).
