This Order makes an area of land shown on the deposited map at Easington Lagoons in the County of Humberside an area of special protection for wild birds under section 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (“the Act”) (The area of special protection is to the south of another such area made under the Easington Lagoons (Area of Special Protection) Order 1987, S.I.1987/1163)
