This Order transfers to the Bath and West Community National Health Service Trust on 14th October 1993 trust property formerly held by Bath Health Authority.A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.

On 14th October 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
