The Royal United Hospital, Bath, National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Health, in excercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977 1 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and facilities formerly managed by Bath Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Royal United Hospital, Bath, National Health Service Trust 2, having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
