1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Academic Awards and Distinctions (Queen Margaret College)(Scotland) Order of Council 1993 and shall come into force on 12th March 1993.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 and “the Institution” means Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh.
