Amendment of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Ynys Mo*n) Designation Order 19932.

Article 6(3) of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Ynys Môn) Designation Order 19932 (rates of payment under agreement) shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3) below.

In sub–paragraph (c) the words “or coastal belt which includes heather” shall be deleted.
(3)
In sub–paragraph (e) the words “which does not include heather” shall be deleted.
