The Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (Wales) Regulations 1993

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2(2) of the Welsh Language Act 19671, sections 140(4), 143(1) and (2) and 146(6) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2(2)(ga), (gc), (ge) and (h) and 6A of Schedule 9 to, the Local Government Finance Act 19882, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
