The National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1993 No. 2632 (C. 54)

Provisions coming into force on 25th October 1993

2.  The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 25th October 1993:

• sections 1 to 15,

• section 17,

• sections 19 and 20,

• section 26(1) and (3) to (5),

• sections 40 to 44,

• sections 60 to 63,

• sections 65 and 66, Schedules 1 to 3, Schedule 6.
