NATIONAL LOTTERY BETTING, GAMING AND LOTTERIES

This Order brings into force—on 25th October 1993 sections 1-15, 17, 19, 20, 26 (partially), 40 to 44, 60 to 63, 65 and 66 of, and Schedules 1 to 3 and 6 to, the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (which relate to the authorisation and regulation of the National Lottery, the establishment of the Millenium Commission and supplementary provisions).on 21st December 1993 sections 16, 18, 21 to 25, 26 (partially), 27 to 39, 45 to 47, 64 (partially) of, and Schedules 4 and 5 and 10 (partially) to, that Act (which relate further to the authorisation and regulation of the National Lottery, the distribution of its net proceeds, importation and exportation restrictions and private lotteries).
