SUPREME COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES

This Order extends to the Bailiwick of Guernsey the provisions of sections 20 to 24 of the Supreme Court Act 1981, with the exceptions, adaptations and modifications specified in the Schedule to the Order. Those provisions (which relate to the Admiralty jurisdiction of the High Court) replace the provisions of Part I of the Administration of Justice Act 1956 (c. 46) as extended to the Bailiwick by the Admiralty Jurisdiction (Guernsey) Order 1966 (which is revoked by this Order).
