2.—(1) This regulation applies to catering carried out at the Woking Leisure Centre, Woking Park, Kingfield Road, Woking, at any time during the period beginning on 30th August 1993 and ending on 28th July 1996.
(2) Part II of Schedule 2 to the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Specified Period) (England) Regulations 1988(1) shall apply to work to which this regulation applies as if for the period of 4 years specified in column (2) there were substituted a period of 2 years 10 months and 4 weeks.
