This Order may be cited as the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 24th November 1993.

In this Order—

• “the Authority” means North Lincolnshire Health Authority;

• “the Trust” means the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust;

• “the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 20th April 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
