In exercise of the power conferred on him by section 27 of the Further and Higher Education Act 19921, the Secretary of State for Education, with the consent of St Austell College and after consulting St Austell Sixth Form College, Mid-Cornwall College and the Further Education Funding Council for England, hereby makes the following Order:
