The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (2) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Cleveland Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 26th November 1993.

Amendment of Establishment Order

2.  In article 4 of the Cleveland Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991(3) for the words from “5 non-executive” to the end of the article there shall be substituted the words “, 4 non-executive directors and 4 executive directors”.

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Cleveland Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 to alter the number of non-executive and executive directors to be appointed to the Trust from 5 to 4 in each case.
