As to section 10 of Harbours, Piers and Ferries (Scotland) Act 1937

34.  Section 10 (application of 10 & 11 Vict. c.27, &C.) of the Harbours, Piers and Ferries (Scotland) Act 1937(1) shall not apply to the harbour.
